The French and the Americans don’t necessarily sing the same tune, but they do sing the same musical. Both nations relish music theater, or la comédie musicale, as it is called in French. Stéphanie Morales, a coloratura soprano who is the artistic directress of Lyon’s Broadway Station Jazz Band and Thomas Bulle, Professor of Music Theater Acting at Conservatoire Maurice Ravel de Paris – both respected experts in la comédie musicale – are travelling to Vienna specifically for a special in-studio broadcast of the UR-Music & Arts Salon at The Student Hotel.
